After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the acceptance of the order and, after receiving the payment, another e-mail about the start of the order processing. If the e-mails have not arrived, please check your Spam folder or contact the store. The reason may be an incorrectly provided email address or, in the case of the latter, e.g. failure of electronic payment.

The shipment usually takes place within 1-2 business days of receiving the payment. It will be confirmed by e-mail information about sending the order and an electronic invoice. Delivery of the package in Poland takes up to 48 hours, and abroad up to 5 working days. In case the cosmetics have not arrived within this time, please contact us.
