The power of Indian plants – amla and bhringraj (eclipta)
Amla – also known as Indian Gooseberries – supports overall health and wellness. It contains a number of antioxidants such as emblicanin, philanthin, quercetin, gallic acid, and ellagic acid. Due to the presence of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and nutrients, amla has a positive effect on the condition of the scalp. It strengthens and nourishes the hair follicle, thereby stimulating the growth of strong hair. It prevents hair loss, has anti-inflammatory and anti-dandruff properties. Amla has been the secret of beautiful Indian hair for centuries.
Bhringraj means “lord of the hair”. It is the second Indian herb famous for strengthening the hair and its bulbs. It prevents hair loss and stimulates and accelerates hair growth. Makes hair grow thicker and thicker. It soothes and heals inflammation, prevents itching and peeling, and helps fight dandruff.
Organic CO2 turmeric extract. Turmeric is one of those “magic” plants whose beneficial health-promoting effects on the body can hardly be overestimated. It is traditionally used to treat acne and skin inflammation. Its main bioactive ingredient – curcumin – has anti-inflammatory, soothing, and antioxidant properties. It prevents itching, irritation, and prevents dandruff.
Capsaicin – chili pepper extract. It stimulates microcirculation, warms up, and prevents hair loss. Its action is perfectly complemented by rosemary essential oil. It also has antiseptic and anti-dandruff properties. It works well in the care of weakened hair, prone to falling out.
Hemp and pumpkin seed oils are rich sources of proteins, phytosterols, phospholipids, and minerals. They have a high regenerating, antiallergic, and healing potential. They moisturize, nourish, balance the secretion of sebum, and care for the balance of the scalp.
Bakuchiol oil – it is the source of bakuchiol, valued for its broad anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. It literally soaks into your hair without leaving it greasy. The oil in its raw form has a brown color and a characteristic warm, mild, balsamic, slightly sweet smell. This fragrance gives the serum’s main scent note. Bakuchiol oil and tamanu oil are two “magic” oils that, thanks to their properties, are used in skin ailments, also on demanding and sensitive skin. Both are recommended for the care of the scalp.
How to use hair serum?
The serum is an oil cosmetic rich in nutrients and condensed – a very small amount is enough to work – single drops applied directly to the scalp. Each bulb works independently – so pay attention to the even distribution of the serum. If the scalp has not been massaged before, it may happen that in the initial period you will feel that more hair is falling out – it should pass within a maximum of 2 weeks. Usually, the usual method of washing the head is sufficient to remove any residual serum. However, if there is an impression that some of the oil remains, we recommend you wash it for the first time with any hair conditioner without silicones.
Due to the presence of amla and eclipta herbal extracts and bakuchiol oil, the serum may slightly darken the color of the hair.
Store the serum away from sources of light and heat, at a temperature of up to 25 degrees C.
Natural cosmetic, suitable for vegans.
The serum comes in a 50ml cobalt glass bottle with a pipette.
Combine the Serum with other BIOUP hair care products for good results.
